Timothy "Tim" Poston is an English mathematician best known for his work on catastrophe theory.Tim specializes in geometry, graphics, algorithm design, human-computer interaction, medical imaging, patent writing and singularity theory.


Dr. Shantala Hegde


Dr. Shantala Hegde is an Assistant Professor (Neuropsychology), Department of Clinical Psyhchology, NIMHANS, Bangalore. Her areas of research interest include Neuropsychology, Neuropsychological Rehabilitation, Neuromusicology, Music Cognition, Cognitive Psychology and Cognitive Neuroscience.


Dr. Sriram Ramaswamy


Sriram Rajagopal Ramaswamy is a Fellow of the Royal Society (FRS), Director of the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR) Centre for Interdisciplinary Sciences in Hyderabad, and a Professor at the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. His research interests include nonequilibrium, soft-matter and biological physics, and especially Active Matter- the collective behaviour of self-driven particles. Visit his website.


Robin Chaurasiya


Robin Chaurasiya set up the NGO, Kranti in 2011 which acts as a school for daughters of sex workers from Mumbai's Kamathipura area and for victims of human trafficking, between the ages of 12 and 20. She was short-listed as one of the top-10 finalists for Global Teacher Prize - the Nobel Prize of teaching.


Dr. Ashok Rao


Dr.Rao holds a BE, ME & Ph.D all in EE from Mysore University (1982), Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore (1985) and Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay (1991) respectively. He has over 25 years of Teaching & Research Experience which includes 6 years in IIT Bombay and 7 years in IISc Bangalore, the rest in various places in India.


Sammilan Shetty


Karnataka’s first private butterfly park located at Belvai village was the brainchild of this passionate butterfly lover. The park which was founded in the year 2011, with the aim of conserving the dwindling butterflies of Western Ghats also creates awareness among people, specially among youngsters and makes them understand the importance of butterflies in nature. He was featured in Amazing Indians Season III by Times Now as an Exceptional Eco Saviour for his work on Butterfly Conservation.


Rajeshwari Vaidyanathan


Rajeshwari Vaidyanathan is a successful banker with 12 years of experience and now is pursuing her passion for dance. Her vision is to take Latin and Ballroom dance in India to the next level. She is the cofounder of Dance Sport India. As a banker she was a senior vice president of YES Bank and associate vice president of Kotak Mahindra Bank.


Binoy John


Binoy John is the Iron Man of the trio Nanomads and is the go-to person for technical expertise. He participated in a rally that stretched 18000 kilometers through 17 countries, five mountain ranges and three deserts from London to Mongolia - the Mongol Rally on a Tata Nano! He is the cofounder of Tvara, an automobile customization company that built the popular French themed food truck Le Casse Croute last year.

Vijay Krishna

Vijay Krishna is the Director of Arghyam, a non-profit organisation working in the domain of water technonology development and scaling. He has an abiding interest in social and development work and has been involved in informal ways in this kind of work for a long time. At Arghyam, Vijay has worked intensively on the India Water Portal from the launch in January 2007 onwards, and is currently its research director.
